Thom Yorke vs. The Internet

A few weeks ago, Radiohead released their new album King of Limbs, along with a music video for the album’s fifth track “Lotus Flower.” The video, which is basically a five minute black and white montage of Thom Yorke dancing and spastically twitching like a shell-shocked ‘Nam veteran, seems to have been created for the sole purpose of being parodied and meme-ified.

Black & white minimalist videos in general have been stirring up some buzz. Maybe someone will have a go at spoofing Tyler, the Creator’s terrifyingly inventive video for Yonkers. Though, that might involve working up the courage to eat a cockroach.
